Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VidSyndicate account and the personal data and content associated with it without contacting support.

What happens

  1. 1. Submit your request. Enter the email address associated with your VidSyndicate account.
  2. 2. Verify your identity. Our team will contact you at the account email address before deleting any data.
  3. 3. Permanent cleanup. After verification, we manually remove your profile, uploads, scheduled publishing, connected channels and OAuth credentials, analytics, podcasts, Social SEO campaigns, and other account-associated data.
Active subscriptions will be cancelled as part of the deletion process. Payment providers may retain transaction records required for tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Shared Central Auth and CoverStudio AI identities are not automatically deleted; only the VidSyndicate connection is removed.
