Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
VidSyndicate is operated by VidShare.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VidSyndicate (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use VidSyndicate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
VidSyndicate provides tools to create, organize, schedule, publish, and distribute content, connect third-party accounts, and, where available, manage live playback and live broadcasts. Some features may require a paid plan or additional authorization. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or a connected third-party account has been accessed without authorization.
Google OAuth, YouTube, and YouTube Live
You may voluntarily authorize VidSyndicate through Google OAuth to access supported YouTube features. Depending on the features you choose and the permissions you grant, VidSyndicate may act on your behalf to:
- connect your YouTube channel;
- upload and publish YouTube content;
- create and manage YouTube Live broadcasts;
- stream video and audio to YouTube Live;
- retrieve and display live broadcast status;
- retrieve and display live chat;
- display engagement information, such as viewers and likes; and
- manage broadcasts only when initiated or authorized by you.
You remain responsible for all content you publish or broadcast and must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to use that content. Your use of YouTube through VidSyndicate is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You may disconnect your YouTube account within VidSyndicate or revoke VidSyndicate's access through your Google Account. Information about how VidSyndicate handles Google user data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Platforms
VidSyndicate may support connections to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social, publishing, or streaming platforms. You choose whether to connect a third-party account. Publishing, broadcasting, and other account actions occur based on your instructions and the authorization you provide. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms, policies, and content rules.
Third-party integrations depend on external APIs, permissions, policies, and service availability. Features may be limited, interrupted, changed, or removed as those third-party services evolve, and VidSyndicate may require you to reconnect an account when an authorization expires or is revoked.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or submit. You grant VidSyndicate only a limited, non-exclusive right to process, transmit, publish, display, and temporarily store or otherwise handle that content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to VidSyndicate.
Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Use
You may not use VidSyndicate to violate any law or third-party right; publish content you do not have permission to use; distribute malware, spam, deceptive material, or abusive content; impersonate another person; gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; bypass usage or security controls; or interfere with the Service or its users. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, settings, destinations, and schedules before publishing or broadcasting.
AI-Assisted Features
VidSyndicate may offer tools that help generate or adapt content. AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing that output and ensuring content you approve complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
Plans and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable cancellation terms are presented when you select a plan. You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes. We may change plans or pricing prospectively with reasonable notice where required.
Invited Accounts and Complimentary Access
Accounts created through the VidSyndicate invitation system receive 90 days of complimentary access, beginning when the invited account is activated by setting its password. This complimentary period is temporary and is not a promise of permanent free service. After it ends, continued access may require the user to select a paid VidSyndicate plan.
VidSyndicate may extend complimentary access at its discretion. Any extension applies only to the period granted and does not create an obligation to provide additional free access in the future. Existing subscription, cancellation, billing, and other provisions of these Terms remain unchanged.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay applicable charges, or used the Service in a way that could harm VidSyndicate, a third-party platform, or another user. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Service Availability and Changes
We may update, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We do not guarantee that scheduled publishing, broadcasts, live playback, or third-party integrations will always start or complete at a particular time. You should confirm time-sensitive activity on the destination platform.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that content will be accepted, published, broadcast, or retained by a third-party platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidShare and VidSyndicate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or content arising from or related to your use of the Service or a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how VidSyndicate collects, uses, and protects information, including information associated with connected accounts and Google OAuth.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of VidSyndicate after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
